At Daisy Days Yoga, I offer a joyful and nurturing yoga practice for kids, teens, new moms, and adults. My focus is on mindful movement, meditation, and stress relief, creating a safe and playful space for everyone to connect with their bodies, minds, and hearts. Each session includes a blend of movement, stillness, and reflection, inspired by nature and faith. I proudly serve Montgomery County, Frederick County, Mt. Airy, and the surrounding areas, offering a variety of classes designed to meet the needs of every age group.
