Serving Montgomery County, Frederick County, Mt. Airy, and the surrounding areas, Daisy Days Yoga is dedicated to creating an environment where everyone can breathe, bloom, and be. Each session is thoughtfully designed to blend movement and reflection, inspired by faith and nature. Our classes are not about perfection; they are about connection, growth, and embracing the present moment. Success is the exposure to yoga, not the asana (pose). With every class, I empower you to cultivate mindfulness and create lasting positive change in your day. Join Daisy Days Yoga on a journey toward balance, mindfulness and well-being.

At Daisy Days Yoga, I believe yoga is for everyone, no matter their age or experience level. I aim to create a supportive environment where children, teens, new moms, and adults can practice yoga in their own unique way. My approach focuses on nurturing the body and mind through fun, gentle, and calming practices. I understand that each individual’s journey is different, and Daisy Days Yoga celebrates each step along the way.

About Me

My name is Ms. Kate

As a mother to three beautiful children, I deeply understand the desire for our little ones to thrive, find happiness, and truly bloom into their authentic selves. This heartfelt understanding led me to create Daisy Days Yoga—a labor of love inspired by my heart warrior, Daisy. Born prematurely with congenital heart disease, Daisy has shown incredible resilience and strength, and now she is blooming and blossoming in ways I could only dream of. It fills my heart with joy to think of all the wonderful moments we will share, practicing yoga together as she grows older.

My journey with yoga began in 2013, and over the years, my passion for this practice has only deepened. I’ve cherished every single session—except for hot yoga, where I must admit, Bikram Yoga just isn’t my jam! What speaks to me are the restorative, restful, and mindful aspects of yoga. These gentle practices create a soothing space, not just for me but for my children as well. I believe that yoga can be an imaginative adventure for them; learning new poses while having fun ignites their curiosity and fosters connection.

When my middle son asked, “Why can’t you teach yoga at my school?” it sparked something within me. His previous Montessori had introduced him to the joys of yoga, and I realized I wanted to bring this experience to more children. Inspired, I set out on a journey to become a certified yoga instructor, delving deeper into the philosophy and practicalities of yoga. I am proud to call myself a yogi and yoga instructor!

”Daisy Days Yoga has been a transformative experience for my kids. They've learned to manage stress, build confidence, and embrace mindfulness in a fun and engaging way. It’s been invaluable.”
